You are correct that the mobile app is now inactive. This was due to new government regulations around foreign entities. Unfortunately, we do not have a replacement app as we have to start from scratch but it is on our roadmap. My apologies about not receiving a response. We don’t see any emails or calls in the logs but I’ll personally go back and check to see if the messages were somehow misdirected.
